Interlibrary Loan Request: Home

The purpose of this form is to request books or magazine articles not owned by any of the TMCC libraries

Interlibrary Loan (ILL)

What is ILL?

ILL stands for interlibrary loan. It is a system in which one borrows a book from another library for use. It can also be used for borrowing other materials, such as photocopies of documents.

Who Can Request An ILL?

This form is for TMCC faculty, staff and students only.  Your request will be reviewed by a Librarian who may contact you about similar resources that the library has before processing your request.

How does it work?
You would make a request through our library. A member of the library staff then sends the request to other libraries that have availability. The lending library sets a return date. Many items are free to borrow, but in a few cases, a nominal fee accompanies the loan services.

Where do I go to request an ILL?
