Images should come from the Image Manager. You can upload images to the Personal or Shared library. Before you upload a new image, you can assign Alternate Text and use it immediately in the page you are editing:
Or you can browse the images in the libraries and select an image to use.
When you find an image you want to use, insert it by clicking the image icon below the actual image, and then you can assign Alt Text and assign custom sizing to the image
