Genealogy and Family History: Family Cookbooks

A guide to assist those interested in starting a family history project.

Preserving Family History Through Recipes and Dinnerware

Did you inherit recipes, china/dinnerware, kitchen utensils, etc. from your parents or grandparents? Maybe they came written on index cards, or on pieces of paper, or were passed down to you via oral history. All of these are part of your family's food heritage. Preserving them is just as important as any other family heirloom. It's also a valuable tool to assist in your family history research.
